St. Patrick's "Summer of Service" program targets youth, ages 13-17. The objective of the program is to promote a passion for service that hopefully will continue even after the program ends. We want to introduce young people to the elderly through intergenerational activities.
The program runs for five consecutive weeks: Monday, June 20th through Friday, July 22nd.
Students who enroll must attend one of two orientation sessions to participate. Orientation dates are Saturday, May 21st at 10:30 a.m. or Tuesday, May 24th at 4:00 p.m.
For more information regarding the Summer of Service program or to enroll in an orientation session, please contact Jill Whitledge, Volunteer Coordinator, at (630) 416-6565, ext. 1528 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
