COVID-19 INFORMATION AND VISITOR RESTRICTIONS (UPDATED February 1, 2022)
The CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health reminds everyone that nursing homes and long-term care facilities have the highest risk population due to their age and underlying medical conditions. We are utilizing telemedicine to protect and care for our residents.
We will continue to provide updates on a regular basis regarding ongoing COVID-19 testing.
We're closely monitoring the evolving situation, following updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the Illinois Department of Public Health. We will continue to support and seek guidance from these agencies as well as local health agencies and use their guidance to inform our decisions. The safety and well-being of residents and team members remains our first priority as we continue to monitor the evolution of COVID-19.
Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your loved one, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
